Our Classes

Each 60 minute rowing class is broken down in 3 parts: warm up/stretch, 30 minute interval workout, and cool down/stretch. Each class has specific benefits and our instructors provide each client with personalized tips to achieve their personal goals. If you’re unsure which class would be best for you, contact us and we’ll be happy to help you determine the best plan of action to accomplish your fitness goals. 

Cardio 

As the name implies, this class will be focused on increasing your cardiovascular capacity. Benefits include:

  • Improved heart health
  • Burn more calories
  • Boosts endorphins, which helps improve mood.
  • Helps prevent and/or manage high blood pressure, heart disease & diabetes

Weight Loss

Our weight loss class involves moving participants between high intensity intervals of decreasing length and lower level aerobic work. Benefits include:

  • Increases metabolism
  • Burns calories
  • Increase lean body mass
  • Utilizes high intensity intervals training (HIIT)
  • Increases heart rate to maximize calories burned

Strength & Core

This class works participants through specific sequence of rowing drills used by some of the best rowing coaches in the country.  Benefits include:

  • Strengthens core, legs, and back muscles
  • Builds and tones muscle
  • Improves posture & flexibility
  • Can help relieve back problems
  • Increases stamina

Recovery 

If you’re feeling a bit tired or sore, don’t skip your workout. Our Recovery class is the perfect workout. Benefits include:

  • Boost of energy
  • Promotes a balanced mind & body
  • Boosts endorphins & improves mood.
  • Great for in between heavy workouts
  • Boost metabolism
